Centrum vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 Spojenej \u0161koly sv. Ko\u0161ick\u00fdch mu\u010den\u00edkov v Ko\u0161iciach (\u010falej len \u201eCV\u010c\u201c) je organiz\u00e1cia poskytuj\u00faca v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vaciu \u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0165om a ml\u00e1de\u017ei, ktor\u00e1 podporuje ich osobnostn\u00fd rozvoj, z\u00e1ujmy, talent a schopnosti v s\u00falade s platnou legislat\u00edvou a z\u00e1sadami etiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Tento \u0161kolsk\u00fd poriadok je vypracovan\u00fd v s\u00falade s platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi Slovenskej republiky &#8211; Z\u00e1kon o v\u00fdchove a vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed \u010d. 245\/2008 Z.z., Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka M\u0160VVa\u0160 \u010d. 22\/2022 Zb. o \u0161kolsk\u00fdch v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch zariadeniach, v z\u00e1ujme bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho a efekt\u00edvneho v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacieho procesu a na ochranu pr\u00e1v det\u00ed a mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Implementuje Deklar\u00e1ciu pr\u00e1v die\u0165a\u0165a a Listinu z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch pr\u00e1v a slob\u00f4d, smernicu \u010d.36\/2018 k prevencii a rie\u0161eniu \u0161ikanovania det\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee na \u0161kol\u00e1ch a v \u0161kolsk\u00fdch zariadeniach aj \u0160tandardy dodr\u017eiavania z\u00e1kazu segreg\u00e1cie vo v\u00fdchove a vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed (\u010falej len \u201e\u0160tandardy\u201c), ktor\u00e9 vyd\u00e1va M\u0160VVaM SR a ich znenie je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho poriadku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. \u0160kolsk\u00fd poriadok je z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fd pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov \u010dinnosti CV\u010c a ich z\u00e1konn\u00fdch z\u00e1stupcov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. \u0160kolsk\u00fd poriadok je s\u00fahrn noriem spolu\u017eitia det\u00ed, ml\u00e1de\u017ee, dospel\u00fdch, pedag\u00f3gov a spr\u00e1vnych zamestnancov, je pre nich z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fd a jeho d\u00f4sledn\u00e9 plnenie a uplat\u0148ovanie v praxi v podstatnej miere prispieva k \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9mu poslaniu CV\u010c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cl\u00e1nok 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vznik a z\u00e1nik \u010dlenstva<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. \u010clenom CV\u010c v pr\u00edslu\u0161nom \u0161kolskom roku sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00e9 die\u0165a a mlad\u00fd \u010dlovek (\u010falej len \u201e\u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u201c) na z\u00e1klade odovzdania a odoslania riadne vyplnenej elektronickej \u017eiadosti do konkr\u00e9tnej z\u00e1ujmovej \u010dinnosti, n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm o prijat\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Na \u010diasto\u010dn\u00fa \u00fahradu n\u00e1kladov spojen\u00fdch s \u010dinnos\u0165ou CV\u010c prispieva \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk (z\u00e1konn\u00fd z\u00e1stupca neplnolet\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka) mesa\u010dne na ka\u017ed\u00fd jeden z\u00e1ujmov\u00fd \u00fatvar (\u010falej len \u201cZ\u00da\u201d) sumou stanovenou v pr\u00edslu\u0161nom rozhodnut\u00ed &nbsp;v term\u00edne stanovenom Usmernen\u00edm riadite\u013eom CV\u010c k poplatkom v aktu\u00e1lnom \u0161kolskom roku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. \u010clensk\u00fd poplatok sa uhr\u00e1dza aj za mesiac, v ktorom sa \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk &nbsp;Z\u00da nez\u00fa\u010dast\u0148oval \u010dinnosti a elektronicky sa neodhl\u00e1sil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. \u010clenstvo \u010dlenovi Z\u00da zanik\u00e1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) na z\u00e1klade jeho \u017eiadosti (elektronick\u00e9 podanie) alebo \u017eiadosti z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) po neuhraden\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00e9ho poplatku v stanovenom term\u00edne,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00edm die\u0165a\u0165a pre z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 poru\u0161enie \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho poriadku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cl\u00e1nok 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prev\u00e1dzka a organiz\u00e1cia \u010dinnosti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. V\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed proces sa riadi platn\u00fdm pl\u00e1nom pr\u00e1ce a rozvrhom hod\u00edn, ktor\u00fd je povinn\u00fd re\u0161pektova\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlen z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru a ka\u017ed\u00fd pedagogick\u00fd zamestnanec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pedagogick\u00ed zamestnanci maj\u00fa ur\u010den\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das dohodou o pracovnej \u010dinnosti. N\u00e1pl\u0148 a rozvrhnutie pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu upravuje Pracovn\u00fd poriadok CV\u010c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Z\u00e1ujmov\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 sa za\u010d\u00edna spravidla v tret\u00ed septembrov\u00fd pondelok a kon\u010d\u00ed vo tret\u00ed j\u00fanov\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 v pr\u00edslu\u0161nom \u0161kolskom roku (upraven\u00e9 pod\u013ea aktu\u00e1lneho \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho roka).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das pr\u00e1zdnin sa pravideln\u00e1 z\u00e1ujmov\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 nerealizuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Dopolud\u0148aj\u0161ia v\u00fdchovn\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 za\u010d\u00edna po\u010das pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed spravidla o 7:00 hod. a kon\u010d\u00ed najnesk\u00f4r o 7:45 hod. Popolud\u0148aj\u0161ia v\u00fdchovn\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 za\u010d\u00edna spravidla o 13:00 hod a kon\u010d\u00ed najnesk\u00f4r o 17:00 hod. Po\u010das vo\u013en\u00fdch dn\u00ed pod\u013ea potreby a rozvrhu hod\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V mimoriadnych situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch a aktivit\u00e1ch je \u010das prev\u00e1dzky upravovan\u00fd so s\u00fahlasom riadite\u013eka CV\u010c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Z\u00e1ujmov\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 prebieha pod\u013ea rozvrhu hod\u00edn formou najmenej jednohodinov\u00fdch alebo viachodinov\u00fdch stretnut\u00ed. Jedna vyu\u010dovaciu hodina v CV\u010c trv\u00e1 45 min\u00fat, v z\u00e1vislosti od individu\u00e1lnych osobitost\u00ed a veku \u010dlenov Z\u00da. Prest\u00e1vky v \u010dinnosti stanovuje individu\u00e1lne pod\u013ea n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti z\u00e1ujmovej \u010dinnosti ved\u00faci z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. V\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed proces je vykon\u00e1van\u00fd v u\u010debniach, telocvi\u010dniach alebo v in\u00fdch priestoroch \u0161koly, pod\u013ea charakteru vykon\u00e1vanej \u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Za bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 die\u0165a\u0165a po\u010das v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacej \u010dinnosti Z\u00da zodpoved\u00e1 ved\u00faci Z\u00da. Zamestnanci CV\u010c nezodpovedaj\u00fa za die\u0165a mimo priamej \u010dinnosti, t.j. mimo Z\u00da (pred jej za\u010diatkom a po jej skon\u010den\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Na n\u00e1cvikoch tane\u010dn\u00fdch a \u0161portov\u00fdch Z\u00da die\u0165a pou\u017e\u00edva oble\u010denie a obuv pod\u013ea pokynov ved\u00faceho Z\u00da v s\u00falade s po\u017eiadavkami BOZP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Ak sa \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk dostav\u00ed na z\u00e1ujmov\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161om \u010dasovom predstihu, zdr\u017eiava sa vo vyhraden\u00fdch priestoroch (vo vestibule pri vr\u00e1tnici), tr\u00e1vi \u010das tak, aby nenar\u00fa\u0161al v\u00fdchovnovzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed proces, po\u010dk\u00e1 na pr\u00edchod ved\u00faceho Z\u00da, ktor\u00fd ho odvedie do pr\u00edslu\u0161nej miestnosti. Rodi\u010dia \u010dakaj\u00fa svoje deti vo vestibule CV\u010c alebo vo vyhradenom priestore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Z bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov v priestoroch CV\u010c nie je dovolen\u00e9 pres\u00fava\u0165 sa na kolieskov\u00fdch kor\u010duliach, skateboarde \u010di kolobe\u017ek\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed \u010dinnosti odch\u00e1dza die\u0165a z priestorov CV\u010c s rodi\u010dom. V\u00fdnimka m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 udelen\u00e1 len vtedy, ak m\u00e1 vychov\u00e1vate\u013e p\u00edsomn\u00e9 prehl\u00e1senie rodi\u010da (z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu) o inom sp\u00f4sobe odchodu z CV\u010c (v sprievode star\u0161ieho s\u00farodenca, samostatne a pod.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Pr\u00edle\u017eitostn\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 sa realizuje pod\u013ea vopred schv\u00e1len\u00e9ho Organiza\u010dn\u00e9ho zabezpe\u010denia v s\u00falade s ro\u010dn\u00fdm pl\u00e1nom CV\u010c vo vopred stanovenom term\u00edne a dohodnutom \u010dase, zverejnenom pre \u010dlenov Z\u00da na webovej str\u00e1nke www.gkmke.sk, na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach CV\u010c a propaga\u010dn\u00fdch plag\u00e1toch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13. Pr\u00edle\u017eitostn\u00fdch podujat\u00ed a akci\u00ed sa m\u00f4\u017ee \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 len po uhraden\u00ed poplatku stanoven\u00e9ho na z\u00e1klade Usmernenia riadite\u013ea CV\u010c k poplatkom v aktu\u00e1lnom \u0161kolskom roku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14. Po\u010das podujat\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00facich z ro\u010dn\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu CV\u010c zodpovedaj\u00fa za bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 det\u00ed pedagogick\u00ed zamestnanci konaj\u00faci v\u00fdchovn\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15. CV\u010c zabezpe\u010duje okresn\u00e9 a krajsk\u00e9 kol\u00e1 predmetov\u00fdch olympi\u00e1d, \u0161portov\u00fdch, z\u00e1ujmovoumeleck\u00fdch s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e\u00ed \u017eiakov Z\u0160 a osemro\u010dn\u00fdch gymn\u00e1zi\u00ed na z\u00e1klade poverenia Region\u00e1lneho \u00faradu \u0161kolskej spr\u00e1vy v Ko\u0161iciach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cl\u00e1nok 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1va a povinnosti \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania v CV\u010c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) ochranu zdravia a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 pri \u010dinnosti v CV\u010c (na za\u010diatku \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho roka je obozn\u00e1men\u00fd ved\u00facim Z\u00da so z\u00e1sadami BOZP),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) organiz\u00e1ciu v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania primeran\u00fa jeho veku, schopnostiam, z\u00e1ujmom, zdravotn\u00e9mu stavu a v s\u00falade s psychohygienick\u00fdmi z\u00e1sadami,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) na rovnopr\u00e1vny pr\u00edstup ku vzdelaniu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) vzdel\u00e1vanie v \u0161t\u00e1tnom jazyku a materinskom jazyku v rozsahu danom z\u00e1konom,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) poskytnutie kvalitnej z\u00e1ujmovej \u010dinnosti pri dodr\u017eiavan\u00ed pedagogick\u00fdch z\u00e1sad a pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch pr\u00e1vnych noriem pre neform\u00e1lne vzdel\u00e1vanie zameran\u00e9 na rozvoj osobnosti, talentu, rozumov\u00fdch a fyzick\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed, zru\u010dnost\u00ed s re\u0161pektovan\u00edm individuality jednotlivca,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f) v duchu humanity, tolerancie vyslovi\u0165 slu\u0161n\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom svoj n\u00e1zor a neby\u0165 za svoj n\u00e1zor trestan\u00fd,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g) na kladenie ot\u00e1zok vychov\u00e1vate\u013eovi t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa obsahu \u010dinnosti z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>h) na objekt\u00edvne hodnotenie vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch oblastiach z\u00e1ujmovej \u010dinnosti,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>i) slobodn\u00fd v\u00fdber ktorejko\u013evek formy z\u00e1ujmovej \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00fa CV\u010c pon\u00faka pre jeho vekov\u00fa kateg\u00f3riu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>j) obr\u00e1ti\u0165 sa na vychov\u00e1vate\u013ea alebo riadite\u013ea CV\u010c ak m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee do\u0161lo k poru\u0161eniu jeho pr\u00e1v,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>k) predklada\u0165 svoje n\u00e1vrhy na zlep\u0161enie \u010dinnosti CV\u010c,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>l) by\u0165 informovan\u00fd o \u010dinnosti CV\u010c,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>m) ochranu osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov pred \u0161\u00edren\u00edm a mo\u017en\u00fdm zneu\u017eit\u00edm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>n) na poskytnutie prvej pomoci zamestnancom CV\u010c. Ved\u00faci z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru je povinn\u00fd by\u0165 v CV\u010c najnesk\u00f4r 15 pred za\u010diatkom svojej v\u00fdchovnej \u010dinnosti a tie\u017e v \u010dase ur\u010denom na pohotovos\u0165 a na zastupovanie in\u00e9ho ved\u00faceho Z\u016e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. V pracovnom \u010dase ur\u010denom v\u0161eobecn\u00fdmi predpismi je ved\u00faci Z\u016e povinn\u00fd plni\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fa mieru v\u00fdchovnej \u010dinnosti a v pr\u00edpade potreby aj riadite\u013eom ur\u010den\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok nad r\u00e1mec pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pri pl\u00e1novanej nepr\u00edtomnosti je ch\u00fdbaj\u00faci ved\u00faci Z\u00da povinn\u00fd vopred obozn\u00e1mi\u0165 zastupuj\u00faceho kolegu s pl\u00e1novanou \u010dinnos\u0165ou. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee Z\u00da nav\u0161tevuj\u00fa deti so \u0161peci\u00e1lnymi potrebami upozorn\u00ed ho na to a navrhne zastupuj\u00facemu vhodn\u00fd pr\u00edstup k nim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pri zastupovan\u00ed zastupuj\u00faci ved\u00faci Z\u00da zap\u00ed\u0161e prebrat\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 a doch\u00e1dzku do elektronickej triednej knihy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Vychov\u00e1vate\u013e v plnej miere vyu\u017e\u00edva \u010das ur\u010den\u00fd na v\u00fdchovn\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165, na ktor\u00fa sa d\u00f4sledne priprav\u00ed, zabezpe\u010d\u00ed si potrebn\u00e9 u\u010debn\u00e9 pom\u00f4cky a materi\u00e1l. Vychov\u00e1vate\u013e vykon\u00e1va svoju \u010dinnos\u0165 pod\u013ea schv\u00e1len\u00e9ho v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Elektronick\u00e9 triedne knihy s\u00fa k dispoz\u00edcii po prihl\u00e1sen\u00ed v syst\u00e9me EDUPAGE na webovej str\u00e1nke gkm.edupage.org. Z\u00e1pisy o v\u00fdchovnej \u010dinnosti sa do triednej knihy vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa denne, najnesk\u00f4r do pondelka nasleduj\u00faceho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Zastupuj\u00faci vychov\u00e1vate\u013e je rovnako povinn\u00fd vykon\u00e1va\u0165 z\u00e1pisy v elektronickej triednej knihe. Zastupuj\u00faci vychov\u00e1vate\u013e je povinn\u00fd svojim podpisom potvrdi\u0165 zastupovanie v knihe zastupovania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Na prvom stretnut\u00ed z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru a v\u017edy ke\u010f pribudne nov\u00fd \u010dlen je vychov\u00e1vate\u013e povinn\u00fd obozn\u00e1mi\u0165 \u010dlenov Z\u00da s BOZP a PO, zap\u00edsa\u0165 t\u00fato skuto\u010dnos\u0165 do elektronickej triednej knihy s d\u00e1tumom, kedy pou\u010denie vykonal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Pedagogick\u00fd zamestnanec zodpoved\u00e1 za bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 \u010dlenov pri ka\u017edom type v\u00fdchovnovzdel\u00e1vacej \u010dinnosti. Vedie \u010dlenov CV\u010c a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov aktiv\u00edt k spr\u00e1vnemu vz\u0165ahu k majetku CV\u010c, u\u010d\u00ed ich zachov\u00e1va\u0165 pravidl\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnosti pri pr\u00e1ci, pravidl\u00e1 dopravnej bezpe\u010dnosti, tvorby a ochrany \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, po\u017eiarnej a civilnej ochrany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Je povinn\u00fd skontrolova\u0165 priestor, v ktorom sa z\u00e1ujmov\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 realizuje<strong>. <\/strong>V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee v priestore nedok\u00e1\u017ee zabezpe\u010di\u0165 bezpe\u010dn\u00fd priebeh aktivity, presunie ju do in\u00e9ho priestoru. Po jej skon\u010den\u00ed o tom p\u00edsomne upovedom\u00ed z\u00e1stupcu riadite\u013ea CV\u010c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed mus\u00ed miestnos\u0165 d\u00f4kladne skontrolova\u0165, uzamkn\u00fa\u0165 a odovzda\u0165 k\u013e\u00fa\u010d na mieste ur\u010denom pre v\u00fddaj k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Vychov\u00e1vate\u013e nesmie uvo\u013eni\u0165 \u010dlena z o z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru, resp . inej v\u00fdchovnej \u010dinnosti bez preuk\u00e1zate\u013en\u00e9ho ozn\u00e1menia (informovan\u00e9ho s\u00fahlasu) jeho z\u00e1konn\u00fdm z\u00e1stupcom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14. Vychov\u00e1vate\u013e si v\u0161\u00edma fyzick\u00fd aj psychick\u00fd stav svojich \u010dlenov. V pr\u00edpade potreby upozorn\u00ed na vzniknut\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15. V pr\u00edpade opakovanej nepr\u00edtomnosti \u010dlena na \u010dinnosti z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru, upovedom\u00ed vychov\u00e1vate\u013e z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu telefonicky alebo p\u00edsomne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16. Vychov\u00e1vate\u013e nesmie od \u010dlenov z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru \u017eiada\u0165, aby nosili pom\u00f4cky a materi\u00e1l, ktor\u00fd nie je vhodn\u00fd z h\u013eadiska bezpe\u010dnosti a je finan\u010dne n\u00e1kladn\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17. V Ved\u00faci Z\u00da d\u00f4sledne uplat\u0148uje z\u00e1kaz v\u0161etk\u00fdch foriem diskrimin\u00e1cie a segreg\u00e1cie. Nesmie prejavova\u0165, podporova\u0165 a tolerova\u0165 \u017eiadne formy \u0161ikanovania, ani in\u00e9 formy agresie a intolerancie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18. V Ved\u00faci Z\u00da venuje pozornos\u0165 ochrane du\u0161evn\u00e9ho zdravia a mor\u00e1lneho povedomia det\u00ed pri pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed internetu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19. Ved\u00faci Z\u00da starostlivo sleduje spr\u00e1vanie \u010dlenov po\u010das \u010dinnosti v CV\u010c. V pr\u00edpade podozrenia na u\u017e\u00edvanie alebo \u0161\u00edrenie zak\u00e1zan\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (tabak, alkohol, psychotropn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky) okam\u017eite informuje priameho nadriaden\u00e9ho, ktor\u00fd ur\u010d\u00ed \u010fal\u0161\u00ed postup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00faraz po\u010das \u010dinnosti v CV\u010c je vychov\u00e1vate\u013e povinn\u00fd p\u00edsomne zaevidova\u0165. Ved\u00faci Z\u00da vykon\u00e1va pedagogick\u00fd dozor nad \u010dlenmi aj mimo CV\u010c (pri vych\u00e1dzke, na v\u00fdlete, exkurzii, \u0161portovom podujat\u00ed, na divadelnom predstaven\u00ed, na v\u00fdstave, na vyst\u00fapeniach, s\u00fastredeniach a pod.). Ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestnanec je povinn\u00fd postupova\u0165 pod\u013ea platnej Smernice o v\u00fdletoch a vych\u00e1dzkach, zabezpe\u010di\u0165 p\u00edsomn\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy pod\u013ea uvedenej smernice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>24. Ved\u00faci Z\u00da je povinn\u00fd hospod\u00e1rne a \u0161etrne zaobch\u00e1dza\u0165 s prostriedkami, ktor\u00e9 mu zverila organiz\u00e1cia. Ochra\u0148uje majetok pred po\u0161koden\u00edm, stratou \u010di odcudzen\u00edm. Bez s\u00fahlasu riadite\u013ea CV\u010c a adekv\u00e1tneho p\u00edsomn\u00e9ho z\u00e1znamu plat\u00ed z\u00e1kaz vyn\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 ak\u00fdko\u013evek invent\u00e1r, majetok, \u010di pom\u00f4cky mimo budov CV\u010c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>27. Pedagogick\u00fd zamestnanec dodr\u017eiava ochranu osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov GDPR v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u010dlenov CV\u010c, zachov\u00e1va ml\u010danlivos\u0165 a o ka\u017edej aktivite preuk\u00e1zate\u013ene informuje z\u00e1konn\u00fdch z\u00e1stupcov \u010dlenov informovan\u00fdm s\u00fahlasom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>28.
